About the Role
As a Tutor at Session, you’ll work directly with students across various grade levels and subjects, offering one-on-one or small group sessions tailored to their unique needs. You’ll help learners build confidence, master concepts, and achieve academic success through structured guidance and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized tuition sessions online or in-person
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate regularly with parents and coordinators
- Maintain session records and feedback reports
- Contribute to a collaborative and values-driven learning environment
Requirements
- Strong academic background in your subject(s) of expertise
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedule
- Comfortable with online platforms and digital tools
